Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have over it, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Last updated: 29 July 2026
01Who the controller is
The data controller is TCE LOGIPLUS SRL, a company registered in Romania with its registered office at Splaiul Independenței nr. 291-293, Sămănătoarea, Etaj 10, Sector 6, București, VAT number RO51825959 and Trade Register number J2025035967003.
For any question about the processing of your data, write to us at vanzari@tcelogiplus.ro or call +40 722 859 711.
02What we collect and why
We only collect data that you send us yourself, through the contact form on this website. We do not create user accounts and we do not ask for data we have no use for.
| Data collected | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Full name | So we can address you properly in our reply |
| E-mail address | To send you our answer to your enquiry |
| Phone number (optional) | To call you back, if you prefer that |
| Company name (optional) | To understand the commercial context of the enquiry |
| Your message | To assess your request and prepare a quote |
Name, e-mail address and message are marked as required in the form, because without them we cannot put together a reply. You are under no legal or contractual obligation to provide them — the only consequence of leaving them out is that we cannot get back to you. Phone number and company name are optional.
We do not collect special categories of data (health data, political opinions, religious beliefs and the like) and we ask you not to include any in your message.
03Legal basis for the processing
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, when you ask us for a quote or for information about our services.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in answering commercial enquiries and keeping a record of the correspondence.
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, for analytics and marketing cookies where these are used.
04How form submissions are handled
Data entered in the contact form is not saved to a database on this website. It is forwarded by e-mail to the company's commercial addresses and remains stored in our team's mailboxes.
The e-mail service is provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft 365), acting as a processor on our behalf. You also receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you provided.
05Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We may make it available to the following categories of recipients, strictly as far as necessary:
- Our employees and contractors involved in the commercial relationship, on a need-to-know basis.
- The e-mail service provider (Microsoft 365), for sending and hosting the correspondence.
- The website hosting provider, for the technical operation of the site.
- Usercentrics A/S (Cookiebot), for displaying the cookie banner and recording your consent.
- Google Ireland Limited, for measuring website traffic — only if you accepted statistics or marketing cookies.
- Public authorities, where we are under a legal obligation to disclose the data.
06How long we keep data
We keep commercial correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the duration of the commercial relationship. If the enquiry does not lead to a collaboration, we delete the correspondence within a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
07Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Data is processed mainly within the European Economic Area. Where our technical service providers process data outside the EEA, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or on another safeguard provided for by the GDPR.
08Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the following rights:
- Right of access — to find out what data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — to ask us to delete the data where there is no longer a legitimate reason to keep it.
- Right to restriction of processing — to limit how we use the data.
- Right to data portability — to receive the data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Right to object — to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, for processing based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at vanzari@tcelogiplus.ro. We reply within one month of receiving the request.
09Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe we have infringed your rights, you may contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, postal code 010336, e-mail anspdcp@dataprotection.ro, website www.dataprotection.ro. You may also bring the matter before the competent courts.
10Automated decision-making
We do not take automated decisions about you and we do not carry out profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the way we process data changes, or when the applicable legal framework changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
